Spring Arts Vendor Application

Join us at Central Park on Saturday, May 17, from 10am-3pm for a beautiful day filled with art, music, food, and fun. Regional artists and artisan crafters will showcase a variety of mediums for enjoyment and purchase. Local musicians will provide entertainment. This festival is presented by the Flagler County Cultural Council and the City of Palm Coast.

Spaces are approximately 12 x 12 – vendor is responsible for their own tent/table/chairs

REGISTRATION: Vendors must get a Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast to display at their booth, UNLESS you are a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council, then you will be covered under our Tax Receipt License – https://www.palmcoast.gov/business-tax

Note: Your space will be confirmed once paperwork and fees received. Non-refundable. Site assignments are sent via email 1-2 days before Festival.

EVENT STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL DUE TO PREDICTIONS IN WEATHER; VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND HAVE THE OPTION TO APPLY PAID REGISTRATIONS TO A FUTURE ARTS FESTIVAL.
