The Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center Flagler Auditorium is Flagler County’s premier performing arts center for the community! Offering the latest technology and design, the Auditorium educates, enlightens, enriches, and exposes children and adults to the thrill of quality, live performances. The Flagler Auditorium Governing board is a direct support organization of Flagler County Schools and is a non-profit organization.
The Auditorium was created by a public bond offering to present a state-of-the-art performing arts center, having 1,000 seats and providing a venue for professional, school and community performances. It functions as a host for performing arts and technical theatre classes and is considered a teaching theatre. It offers everything from nationally touring Broadway to cultural programs, big band, family theater, symphonic and celebrity entertainment. The mission of the Flagler Auditorium is to inspire educational and cultural experiences.
The Flagler Auditorium is supported by ticket sales but relies upon the generosity of individuals and corporations to present the latest professional performances for the community. The Auditorium holds fundraisers and events to support Arts Education in Flagler schools and provides scholarships and grants to students and teachers throughout the year. The Flagler Auditorium Governing Board receives grants from the State of Florida, Division of Cultural Affairs, the City of Palm Coast and the Tourist Development Council (TDC).
