The City of Palm Coast Historical Society (PCHS) was formed in 2000 with Margaret Davies and Art Dycke appointed Co-Historians by the first City Council. Elaine Studnicki was appointed City Co-Historian in 2018. The office and museum for the Society is located in Holland Park on Florida Park Drive. Museum hours are Wednesday and Saturday 1:00-3:00 or by appointment.
