Fall Arts Vendor Application
Join us at Central Park Town Center on Saturday, November 8th, from 10am-3pm for a beautiful day filled with art, music, food, and fun. Regional artists and artisan crafters will showcase a variety of mediums for enjoyment and purchase. Local musicians will provide entertainment. This festival is presented by the Flagler County Cultural Council and the City of Palm Coast.
To showcase your art or handmade crafts, please complete the form below. Please be sure to provide a link to photos of your art/craft and booth, or attach photos below.
Spaces are approximately 12 x 12 – vendor is responsible for their own tent/table/chairs
REGISTRATION: Vendors must have a current Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast OR be a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council. To become a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council, use the form below. To apply for a Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast, visit palmcoast.gov/business-tax
Note: Your space will be confirmed once your paperwork and fees are received. Fees are non-refundable. Site assignments are sent via email 1-2 days before the Festival.
EVENT STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL DUE TO PREDICTIONS IN WEATHER; VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE AND HAVE THE OPTION TO APPLY PAID REGISTRATIONS TO A FUTURE ARTS FESTIVAL.
