Fall Arts Vendor Application

Vendor Rules:
• Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Vendors must have a current Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast OR be a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council. To join the Flagler County Cultural Council, include your membership fee with your application. To apply for a Business Tax Receipt visit palmcoast.gov/business-tax
• Spaces are approximately 12 x 12 – vendor is responsible for their own tent/table/chairs
• Vendor set up shall be complete and the vendor’s space shall be occupied by 12:15 PM the day of the show.
• Vendors will leave their exhibit space clean after packing up at break down. Vendors who do not clean their space will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
• Vendors are responsible for the security of their own space.
• The FC3 Fall Arts & Crafts Festival is held outdoors. Inclement weather is always a possibility. Vendors are responsible for making their tents and exhibits sturdy against weather.
• Event staff will determine if the weather is severe enough to necessitate cancellation and will notify Vendors as soon as possible.
• No solicitation or campaigning. Vendors are present at our event for the purpose of representing and selling their work. No vendor, or their representatives, will engage in any type of alternate campaigning or solicitation of any products, supplies, shows, etc. during the course of the event. Failure to comply can cause expulsion from the Festival.
• Vendors agree to waive any and all claims of whatever nature against Flagler County Cultural Council, The City of Palm Coast, their employees, successors and any volunteers, sponsors and/or suppliers connected with this festival.
• Vendors grant permission for and an unconditional release of any photographs, video or motion pictures and/or any verbal or written statements for use by the promoters of the festival for any legitimate purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, promotions, fundraising and/or websites.
• All sales belong to you and you are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
• All prices for food must be posted and clearly visible to Festival patrons.
• The disposal of used cooking grease is the responsibility of the vendor.
• Vendors are legally and financially responsible for all damages to grounds or other property caused by themselves or their employees.


Please note: All vendor applications are subject to the final approval of the event organizer. In the event that the event organizer does not accept a vendor application, all fees paid will be promptly refunded. The event organizer cannot guarantee exclusivity.
