The Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3) invites the public to the dedication and unveiling of MAX, turtle #22 on the public art Turtle Trail.  MAX, inspired by pop artist, Peter Max and created by local artist, Sheryl Fletcher Coon, will be unveiled Wednesday, August 21 at 10:00 am at Marineland, 9600 North Oceanshore Blvd, St. Augustine.  The turtle is sponsored by TD Bank.
