Granting Program
WELCOME TO THE FLAGLER COUNTY CULTURAL COUNCIL GRANTING PROGRAM
As part of an official agreement with the City of Palm Coast, the Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3) manages the Palm Coast Cultural Arts Grant program. The partnership represents a significant opportunity to expand and enhance arts, culture and history in our community.
The intent of the grant program is to fund applications that best serve the interests of the City of Palm Coast and its residents and support a vibrant cultural atmosphere that is attractive to visitors. This grant is designed to help support local activities, not to replace other funding or completely underwrite events.
All grants require a 1:1 match. Total grant amounts are based on a percentage of the project budget and available grant funds.
We have moved the grant process online and hope this makes the application process seamless and easy. A rigorous scoring system has been established to allow maximum program and project funding.
Grant applications for FY 2025-26 funding are currently available. Please click the “Click here to Submit” button below to be taken to the grant application. Click “Grant Guidelines” and/or “Grant Documents” for additional information.
Grant applicants must send a representative to the mandatory grant workshop on July 21 at 10 am or July 24 at 3:30 pm. Both sessions will be held at the Tourism Development Council office, 120 Airport Rd., Suite 3, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
The application deadline is 5 pm, August 22, 2025.
After a grant panel review, a slate of recommended grants will be referred to the City of Palm Coast. Final award decisions are made by the Palm Coast City Council.
