WELCOME TO THE FLAGLER COUNTY CULTURAL COUNCIL GRANTING PROGRAM

In an official agreement with the City of Palm Coast, the Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3) has been asked to manage the Palm Coast Cultural Arts Grant program. The partnership represents a significant opportunity to expand and enhance arts, culture and history in our community.

With City Council approval, $100,000 was committed to this program for FY 25 to benefit not-for-profit organizations creating programs and events to stimulate, educate, and expand arts, history, and cultural experiences for our community.

We have moved the grant process online and hope this makes the application process seamless and easy. A rigorous scoring system has been established to allow maximum program and project funding.

A first round of grants was awarded on March 18, 2025, A  second round opens on March 28, 2025.

All grants require a 1:1 match. Total grant amounts are based on a percentage of the project budget and available grant funds.

Application deadline is April 30. After the grant panel review, a slate of recommended grants will be referred to the City of Palm Coast for final approval.
