Spring Arts Vendor Application
In partnership with the garden club of palm coast
Open to all Artists, Crafters, and Gardeners Proceeds benefit Flagler County Cultural Council & The Garden Club of Palm Coast
Exhibitor Rules:
- Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Exhibitors will leave their exhibit space clean after packing up at break down.
- Vendors must have a current Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast OR be a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council. To apply for a Business Tax Receipt visit palmcoast.gov/business-tax
- Exhibitors are responsible for making their tents sturdy against weather.
- The exhibitor’s space shall be occupied by 8:15 a.m. the morning of the show.
- The FC3 Spring Arts Festival is held outdoors. Inclement weather is always a possibility.
- Event staff will determine if the weather is severe enough to necessitate cancellation and will notify exhibitors as soon as possible.
- No solicitation or campaigning. Exhibitors are present at our event for the purpose of representing and selling their work. For that reason, no exhibitor, or their representatives, will engage in any type of alternate campaigning or solicitation of any products, supplies, shows, etc. during the course of the event. Failure to comply could cause possible expulsion from the Festival.
Spaces are approximately 12 x 12 – vendor is responsible for their own tent/table/chairs
REGISTRATION: Vendors must have a current Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast OR be a member of the Flagler County Cultural Council. Note: Your space will be confirmed once your paperwork and fees are received. Fees are non-refundable. Site assignments are sent via email 1-2 days before the Festival.
EVENT STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL DUE TO PREDICTIONS IN WEATHER; VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE AND HAVE THE OPTION TO APPLY PAID REGISTRATIONS TO A FUTURE ARTS FESTIVAL.
